Lilly passed away on 3/22/13

3/22/12 Sadly, Lilly passed away due to cancer.

2/17/12 The bio was pulled today due to Lilly being ill. Her lymph nodes are swollen. She was treated for lymes and they are still growing at a rapid rate.

Lexie and Lilly are a mother and daughter and must be adopted together. Lexie is the mother and she is about 7 years old. She is very sweet dog, walks well on a leash and loves to be with people. Lilly is 5 and she is very shy. She is dependant on her mother and will follow her around.

The new home must be quiet and have a fenced in yard, with the fence being 5+feet.

* We do not permit adoptions of shelties as gifts. If you would like to give one as a gift you can contact us for advice on how to handle the situation.
Please note that we do NOT adopt to homes with children under the age of 10. Herding dogs, especially shelties, tend to chase whatever/whoever is running & they often will nip at the back of legs in their attempt to gather everyone into a neat, manageable area.
If you cannot adopt but would like to sponsor one of our seniors or special needs dogs, please email Aneita.
